Can Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit # EM09160 Secure ATV Sideways
Updated 05/14/2018 | Published 05/12/2018 >
Question:
Looking to install on a Triton Atv90 in which two ATVs are loading from the side of the trailer. In other posts, it’s recommended to mount to rear tires when the ATV is positioned with the front tires toward the tow vehicle traditional front to back orientation in order to keep the rear of the ATV from rising up during heavy braking. Is there a recommendation from eTrailer or the manufacturer on securing the two rear tires or the front/rear tire furthest from the tow vehicle to reduce lifting during heavy braking. Most comments are for traditional front/rear loading. Are two sets 4 total needed for this setup?

You could face your ATV's to the sides of your trailer with the Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit w/ Ratchet Straps and Wheel Chocks # EM09160 that you referenced. Ideally you'd secure all four tires with this kit. So you'd then be using two of these kits per ATV.
I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
