Can this product be used as a thrid brake light?

Yes, you can use the Optronics LED Trailer Light, part # STL76RB, as a third brake light.
To install, you would just connect the Red wire to the brake light wire on your 1996 Georgie Boy RV. Then connect the White wire to a clean metal surface for the ground. The Black wire will be taped off and tucked out of the way, since it carries the tail light function and will not be used.
