Brake Controller WIring on a 2007 Ford Van E-350 with No Tow Package

I have an 07 e350 with no factory tow package. Under the dash I found the oem plug and connected it, the controler works but where does the blue and red wire go. I cant find it under the hood or on the frame, to hook up my 7 pin plug, my 4 pin works. Please help.

The blue brake controller output voltage wire extends from the factory connector under the dash and terminates in the engine compartment near the fire wall. Due to the cramped quarters in the engine bay, This wire is very hard to locate. Our installers typically abandon it and simply run a 2 conductor wire like part # 10-2-1 back to the trailer connector. One lead of the wire would connect to the blue wire exiting the rear of the controller, and the other would run from the trailer connector to the positive battery terminal via a 40 amp inline circuit breaker, part # 9510. 25 feet of wire should be sufficient.
