Question:
On F2 Jack F1413040134 U bolt on, my tongue is 2inch wide X 5inch long up to down. The description says up to 3inch X 4inch but in the PDF of N1413050334, the instructions on page 2 state a bolt-on can be done for 3inch X 5inch which i could use. I do not want a weld on solution im not a welder. So which F2 turn wide bolt-on jack for my boat trailer is the right one for a 2inch X 5inch tongue ? Please help. Thanks.

For a Fulton F2 trailer jack rated for 1600-lbs that you can bolt on to your 2 x 5-inch trailer frame you can use the Fulton F2 model # F1413140334. This comes with u-bolts that will work on a 5-inch-tall frame member. I confirmed with my contact at Fulton that this jack will work well on your trailer frame.
