Recommended Swing Away for Swagman 2+2 Quad Bike Rack on 4Runner with Aftermarket Spare Tire Rack

Question:
I am looking for a solution to mount the Swagman Quad 2+2 2-Bike and 4-Bike Platform Rack - 2 Hitches Item # S64692 on my 4runner with an aftermarket rear bumper with swing out spare tire/jerry can holders. The spare tire on the rear bumper is only about 6 above the bottom of the hitch. The clasp and upper arm of the SWING-AWAY EXTENSION will need to be about 18 out from the hitch pin to clear the spare tire. Can this swing away be used with a hitch extension? What length hitch extension would be needed for the clasp and upper arm to be 18 out from the hitch pin? How far to the left of the hitch do the upper and lower arms extend? Ive got jerry can mounts that are about 9 to the left of the center of the hitch that extend out about 5 further than the tire about 23 instead of 18. I would also like feedback if the Kuat Pivot Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2 Hitches Item # PV20B or the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2 Hitches Item # Y02483 would be better for this situation. I would also like some confirmation that when the bikes are fully extended that my swing out tire holder will open far enough for the tailgate to open. In the photos it looks like this is the case. Are there measurements I can take to verify this before ordering these parts?

The Swagman Quad 2+2 S64692 has a measurement of 17-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest wheel tray. The shank raises at the 10 inch point.
To get your swing away, I recommend the Yakima BackSwing # Y02483 which is 14-1/2 inches from pin to pin and will be away from the spare tire with restricted clearance versus on top.
This means you will have 21 inches from the center of the pin to the upright rise in the shank and 28-1/4 inches from the closest wheel tray. The swing away will move a full 90 degrees for clearance, and with the additional length of your bike rack shank you shouldn't have any issues opening your hatch.
It is not recommended to use these with any other extensions.
