Can the Andersen Rapid Jack Part # AM3620 Be Used with Trailers That Have Leaf Springs
Updated 05/07/2018 | Published 05/04/2018 >
Question:
I have questions about the trailer jack products such as Trailer Aid Plus and Anderson Rapid Jack. I have a double axle 24foot enclosed trailer with leaf springs. I believe I saw that Trailer Aid Plus does not work with leaf springs. Will the Anderson Rapid Jack work or do I just need to buy a traditional jack in case of a flat tire?

Expert Reply:
I am not familiar with the Trailer-Aid "Plus" Tire Changing Ramp therefore would no be able to inform you of it's functionality. However, the Andersen Rapid Jack part # AM3620 is designed specifically for use with trailers that have leaf spring suspension and will work well for you. The jack has a rubber base which will prevent slipping and it is made right here in the U.S.A. It also doubles as a base for the trailers tongue jack.
I have attached a review video of the jack for you as well.
