Question:

Do you know if there are different size bolt patterns? it looks like my old part the upper and lower hinge are about 1/2inch longer measurement at the 1:05 time in your video or in the diagram near the bottom of the page. You measure 53.75inch my old bar measures 54.25. Any good tips how to make these work?

Across different brands and sizes of bar lock assemblies, such as # 3057-55, I am certain there is more than one possible bolt pattern. What I recommend is a version that does not come with a bar such as # PLR158 so you can provide your own bar at the appropriate length. Otherwise you could line up either the top set of holes or bottom set of holes on the door and then drill new ones for the other bracket for # 3057-55.
