Im looking for a smoother less bumpy/bouncy ride what can I do? I have to long trips. Where can I get it installed?

This Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFRR050A that you referenced will not affect the unloaded ride quality of your vehicle once installed, but it will help provide more support when you are loaded to help provide a smoother ride in that situation.

If the ride quality you are trying to improve is when there is a load on your 2002 Ford Ranger XLT then this product should help you considerably.
