How Does Spare Tire Kit for Detail K2 Trailer Mount to the Trailer

Question:
Just received the spare tire kit from you and there were no instructions on where or how it mounts. In the Box was the spare, nuts and a U shaped threaded rod. Does this rod go through the tire and bolt on the underside of the tongue...?

The u-shaped threaded rod will go around the frame with the threaded ends sticking up (or out) through the wheel and then you bolt it down. I have linked a video showing a similar system that should help.
