Your P255/75R17 tire will have a diameter of 32.1 inches and a width of 10 inches. For your cover, I recommend the Rampage Spare Tire Cover for Jeep - 30" to 32" # RA773201 for black vinyl or # RA773215 for black denim. These will be a great fit for road tires.
If you have more knobby/mud tires and want it to match your soft top, then I recommend the Bestop # B6103235 in black diamond or # B6103217 in black twill. These are slightly wider for that off-road tire.
