How do you get the 5 inch rise? Merely by mounting the hitch upside down in the receiver?

Expert Reply:
You will adjust pins and clips to right hole setting on the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount, Item # BWTS10037B, and as you said you will flip it upside down in the receiver to set it in the rise position (see attached picture).
I also recommend a Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock like Item # e98882 to keep everything secure.
