Curt Underbed Folding Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60712 fits all series of the 2004 Silverado truck and all bed lengths. It includes the ball pin and the complete custom installation kit.
This hitch and installation kit can be ordered separately as part # C60607 and C60652 respectively. For a wiring kit you can use # C56000.
