Question:
Why is this wheel AM20365 not listed as being a boat trailer wheel?

Expert Reply:
The Steel Modular Trailer Wheel part # AM20365 has a white powder coated finish. It can still be used on a boat trailer but it will not hold up well in due time. Boat trailer wheels are frequently submerged in both fresh and saltwater applications which makes them much more prone to rust and corrosion. Rust and corrosion will not only take the finish off of the wheel but it will also corrode the bead seat which will cause the tire to leak air.
Instead, I recommend going with a wheel that has a galvanized finish like the Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel part # AM20364 as it will last much longer on a boat trailer. It has the same 14" diameter x 6" wide dimensions and 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern as the above wheel. If you need a valve stem then I recommend part # AM20903.
I have attached a review video of the galvanized wheel for you as well.
