Question:

I need a wire harness with just the four prong conector to pull my small 2 wheell trailer with no brakes. is this what I need?

To tow a trailer with your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331. It's a 4-way wiring connector to power the trailer's lights and it plugs in behind the van's tail lights. You also need to run a hot wire from the harness to the van's battery and insert the included fuse. I've linked the install details and a video from when we installed it.

If you also need a trailer hitch reciver I recommend the Draw-Tite, part # 75579, that's confirmed to fit your van. Then finish the setup with our ball mount kit, part # 989900, that includes a couple of ball mounts and hitch balls that fit the hitch receiver.

The Curt wiring, part # C58911, you asked about is for towing a vehicle behind a motorhome. So it isn't what you need to tow a trailer.
