How to Get Trailer Level When Parked on Decline

Question:
Ive recently moved my trailers parking to a spot that is on a slight decline but also declines to the right so its not flat or level. I noticed that my front trailer jack wants to move when sitting on a couple blocks of wood because it isnt flat. I put a shim under one side of the wood which helps but isnt perfect. Is there a product that will help me get that level and flat?

Instead of using an uneven, unreliable piece of wood, I recommend checking out the Ultra-Fab Leveling Blocks # UF48-979051. These blocks are 8-1/4" wide x 8-1/4" long x 7/8" tall and you can position them under your jack and/or wheels to get your trailer level; there is also the option of using independent electric jacks, though that is an expensive upgrade and these blocks should work to get you level.

This to me doesn't seem to solve the issue. adding a flat square piece of whatever and placing it on the ground, still doesn't negate the decline. The base of the tongue jack will still not be 100% solid on the ground. I have been trying to remedy this issue myself. MY drive is a pretty steep decline. I think what is needed is a foot pad that hinges at the base so the pad can sit flush with the ground but also be solid.
