It is our understanding that the RBW Lil' Rocker 5th wheel hitch will fit in industry standard rails (see picture with mounting tab spacing). For industry standard rails that fit your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 you can use # RP50040-58 (excludes short bed models with Mega Cab). Or, if you do have a short bed model with the Mega Cab use # RP50140-58. I have linked videos showing example installations for each kit.
