Question:
The thread configuration on this adapter runs the opposite direction of the coiled wire of my 3inch camco draining hose. Is there a compatible brand of 3inch drain hose that will thread the same direction onto this Valterra adapter?

All 3-inch RV sewage-related hoses and adapters we sell share a common right-hand thread configuration ("right to tight"). My contact at Valterra indicated that their Clearview Adapter for RV Sewer Hoses # F02-3111 has a standard threaded fitting that should wok with any brand of 3-inch sewage hose.
