Will hose adapter # F02-3111 when attached to a 3inch hose fit inside a 4.50inch sewer hose carrier?

**Valterra Clearview Adapter for RV Sewer Hose - 3" Bayonet Fitting - 45 Degree - Clear Plastic # F02-3111.
This unit will be over 5 inches thick, the bayonet fitting is right at 4 inches but the elbow joint makes it to wide.
