Im looking for the plastic spacer / cap that fits behind the bathtub faucet and wall for our RV. Do you have anything like that?

It sounds like you are looking for the Replacement Diverter Stem for Phoenix 3 Valve Tub and Shower Faucets # PF184008 or brass # PF184007. The other part that comes to mind from your description is the Replacement Nibco Stem Extension for Tub/Shower Valves # PF187006.
