I checked with TorkLift and they do not produce a SuperHitch for the 1999 K2500 Chevy Suburban. I did some more investigation on the GM Heritage site and found that the K2500 Suburban is rated for a maximum of 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight. You can meet this capacity by using Curt trailer hitch # C14029. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
