Height Adjustable Ladder Rack Recommendation for 2018 Toyota Tacoma
Updated 04/06/2018 | Published 04/05/2018 >
Question:
Can I cut the legs, re-drill the holes where the bolts that is used to attach them to the feet part that attach to the bed rails, so that I can get a lower height that I like? Also, can I cut the two top bars to a shorter length. for better look and aerodynamics? They seem to stick out too much over the side.

I am sure there is a way to accomplish what you are looking to do with the Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 # 59799. We don't have a specific way to trim the uprights and bars since that's not something this was intended for, but if you have the patience and skills/tools I am sure you could find a way.
Another option to consider would be an adjustable height ladder rack that is confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Tacoma like the Thule part # TH500XTB-THXK4B. The bars of this are also pretty long so you'd be in the same situation with that.
