The simplest answer would be to take a tape measure out to your trailer and measure the diameter of the axles. Or you can go by the capacities of the axle that the trailer has. A 2-3/8 inch axle is a 3,500 lb axle and a 3 inch axle is normally a 5,200 to 7,000 lb axle.
The shock kit part # LC281255 is for 2-3/8 inch axles and the part # LC281281 is for 3 inch axles.
