Is there a Limit to How Long Trailer Tires can be Driven at Maximum Speed Rating

Question:

I see all the trailer tires you carry are rated for 65mph, is it cruise control set to 65mph, or they can do 65mph for x minutes?

Most trailer tires do indeed have a speed rating of 65 mph, although there are exceptions. There is not a particular amount of time that you are limited to when traveling at this speed, so long as you do not exceed the 65 mph limit. You should also make sure that the tires are always inflated to the maximum psi as listed on their sidewall, and that you do not exceed the combined load capacity of your tires with the loaded weight of your trailer.
