Question:
I bought a 2nd car kit for my 9400 Even Brake system. I am using a wireless Towmaster magnet mount light bar for turn lamps, brake lamps and running lights. I do not need the brake light wiring from the motorhome to the towed vehicle lights. I tried to setup the even brake with and remote monitor and have an error message that says cannot detect a brake light switch. Am I able to work around this or do I have to install the switch even though I am not using the taillights of the towed vehicle. I am setting up to tow a Mini Cooper. Thank you for guiding me with this.

When installing the Replacement Breakaway Switch # RM-650898 for your EvenBrake 9300 supplemental braking system you will need to use the Replacement Wiring Harness for Breakaway Switch # RM-650899. These will be the two parts you are going to need to install the switch.
