Question:
do you have a comparable item to #D210 that has a 1-1/4inch receiver for a bike rack instead of a 2? thanks.

I may have a solution for you, however there is not a comparable item to the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount # D210 available that features a 1-1/4 inch top receiver.
Your best option is to see if there is an adapter available for your existing bike rack that will expand the shank to allow fitment into a 2 inch receiver. If you can tell me what model rack you have, I will be happy to see if this is an option.
Otherwise, you might be able to use the Hitch Reducer # HT02 to reduce the 2 inch receiver to a 1-1/4 inch opening. Keep in mind that this will only work well if your bike rack features a shank that does not have a threaded hitch pin hole. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
