Will this carrier accomodate a womans step thru trek hybrid bike? thanks

In order to use a hanging rack like the Thule OutWay # TH45JV, with a step through bike, you will need to use the Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT. The adapter clamps to the bar beneath the handle bars and the seat post to create a cross bar so that you could then hang it on the rack.
