From the information I was able to obtain, the item you selected, CURT Trailer Hitch, part # C12115, will fit your 2012 Buick Lacrosse. The wiring you referenced, CURT Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 56098, is the correct wiring kit for your vehicle.
For a ball mount use # C45017. To complete your towing setup, you will either need a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball, part # 19256, or 2 inch hitch ball, part # 19258, depending on the size of your trailer coupler.
I have linked instructions for the CURT Trailer Hitch, part # C12115, and and FAQ on trailer hitch installation tips.
