the tire size is 20.5 x 8.0 - 10 what size rim or wheel do I need?

A tire size of 20.5 x 8.0 -10, will fit a wheel that is 10 inches in diameter and is 6 inches wide, like the item you selected, Dexstar Steel Trailer Wheel, part # AM20046. This wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, so you will need to measure the bolt pattern of your trailer to determine which wheel you will need (see FAQ).
