Is There a Left and Right Directional Trailer Wheel

What is a directional trailer wheel. Is the left side different from right side.

Oddly enough for the directional trailer wheels we carry such as # AM20259 there isn't a left and a right. There is just the one so if you were to use 2 of them the appearances of them would not match unless you had more than one axle. Then they would match but only on the side you were looking at. I spoke with our resident tire and wheel guru and he said that trailer directional wheels are just for looks and not function so there isn't a left and a right.
