Question:

I am shopping for running boards for a new RAM 3500 2wd CC LB that I have on order. Do you have any that will fit wheel well to wheel well and be about 12inch off the ground to top of the step for this truck? At this time I do not know how high the truck sits from the ground to the floor in the cab. The only ones I have seen are on 4X4 are 16inch from the ground. This is unacceptable for us. I am thinking the stock ones you have will be the same way. I have a set of Luvernes on my current 04 Dodge truck and the are just right, but the new trucks are several inches higher off the ground. Any ideas would be much appreciated. 2018 Grand Design model 337RLS with a 13,995 GVW. The truck also will have the air ride assist rear suspension.

We do have some wheel to wheel nerf bars for your 2018 Ram 3500 Crew Cab long bed. We have Westin Nerf bars # 28-534335 (matte black) which will fit as long as the truck isn't a dually.

As far as the height of the bars we don't have that measurement but I have included a picture from the instructions that shows the bars installed.

Another option instead of full length bars are Carr steps. Steps # CARR129772, and # CARR129771 have a 6 inch drop and can be installed along any of the doors. So if you wanted one step per door you could use 2 sets.
