Why Doesn't Masterlock Hitch Lock part # 1479DAT Have Towing Capacity

Is their a weight capacity for this?

The Masterlock Hitch Lock part # 1479DAT does not have a specified towing capacity. Reason being that rarely does the hitch pin bare the weight of the trailer it's towing. The tongue weight of the trailer binds the ball mount up in the hitch which provides nearly all of the horizontal resistance to prevent the ball mount from sliding out.
