There is not a limit to the miles you can drive on Snow Chains for your tires. There is a speed limit rating of 30 mph, and you should not use them on dry pavement, other than that, there are no limitations.
For your 2015 Chevy Impala, I recommend the Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC343DC. These will fit if you have the factory size tires 235/50-18 or 245/40-20. If you have the factory 245/45-19, then I recommend the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW1042 along with adjusters # PW103.
