We have the Curt trailer hitch part # C13195 for your 2016 Kia Sorento which has a 750 lb tongue weight capacity. This by itself is rated most likely high enough for the weight of the lift, but you'd have to confirm that your vehicle also has the needed capacity for the lift plus the chair.
