Where Does Kat's Engine Block Heater Install in 2017 Kia Rio 1.6 liter

Question:
Im just curious on the location for 2017 Kia Rio 1.6. I am sure it is the same as the 2016 which is the rear passenger side of the block. But I am on my able to find accessport. The cat diagram is saying it is in the driver side front of the engine block.. Please if possible clarify for me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for any assistance,

The only info we can get from Kat's is the same as what you have looked up already. I wish they'd give more detailed install locations but for installing the # KH11812 in a 2017 Kia Rio with a 1.6 liter you want to use the catridge in the driver side front of the engine block location.
