Want to build heaviest tandem possible w/surge and axle-less susp. complete parts list would be most helpful.

The highest capacity Timbren Axle Less system is the 7k part # TASR7KS01 which can be used on a tandem axle trailer.
For brake drums you'd then want the part # 42866UC3-EZ which fits the spindles of the Timbren.
Then for a 14k surge brake actuator for drum brakes you'd want the part # T4836600. Lastly you'd need a tandem brake line kit like the part # 20TA-BLKIT.
