According to our contacts at Thule, the Thule Pulse XL Roof-Mounted Cargo Box will fit your factory roof rack cross bars on your 2008 Infiniti FX35. If you do not have the factory cross bars, you can add them by using parts # TH710401 and # TH712200..
I have provided a link to the install instructions for the Thule cross bars and the Pulse XL Cargo Box, as well as an install video that outlines how to install the cross bars.
