Re: Torflex single axle lift kit #K71-723-01. I have a travel trailer with two Dexter Torflex axles rated at 2200 lb. each. They are side mounted with half inch diameter bolts so I assume they are #9 size. They have a high lift bracket with about 1 inch between the top of the axle and the frame so I assume that is not the 3 inch bracket on which the kit will not work. Will 2 of these kits work on my trailer?

Yes, for your side-mounted Torflex axles the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-723-01 is the correct item. You will need two of these as you noted. These are not compatible with top-mounted torsion axles.
