Question:
Hello there: Im looking to buy a trailer hitch for my honda civic 1998 as id like to install a dirt bike carrier ~35 lbs to tow my dirt bike weighing roughly 190 lbs. Will i be able to find a class 3 that could work on this car? I guess its probably to much tongue weight for such a car. Thank you for your help

For your 1998 Honda Civic coupe or sedan there are only Class I hitches available like the Draw Tite part # 24677 which are lower in capacity. You'd have to use a small trailer as a motorcycle carrier would be too much weight for this hitch and your vehicle.
For a ball mount you'd need part # 3593 and hitch ball # 19256 plus trailer wiring # 119178KIT.
