For your 2013 Ram 3500, I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16430-204. This kit includes custom-fit brackets that will use existing holes in your truck's frame to eliminate the need for drilling when installing the brackets. This will drastically reduce installation time when compared to universal kits.

The base rails that are also included will be compatible with the Andersen Hitch System that you mentioned. This is a really nice, lightweight hitch that will allow for easy installation and removal when you're not towing. Keep in mind that this system features a maximum vertical load limit of 4,500 pounds and a gross towing capacity of 20,000 pounds. If the loaded weight of your trailer creeps up close to these limits, I instead recommend going with a more heavy-duty, standard fifth wheel hitch.
