Do you off er a lock to lock the rack to the car receiver?

Actually the Hollywood Racks Bike Rack part # HLY84FR comes with a hitch lock to secure the rack to the hitch and then a cable lock that secures the bikes to the rack so you wouldn't need to go with any additional locks.
