For a tow bar wiring kit that will work great on your 2014 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will allow you to wire your vehicle so that it will accept the RV's tail, brake, and turn signals for flat towing. It includes a 6-Way connector that you will install in front of the CR-V and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV's 7-Way. I have attached an installation video on your 2014 Honda CR-V that you can use for reference.
Keep in mind that fuse(s) need to be pulled on your CR-V before flat towing. If your owner's manual says to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, you can add part # RM76511. If it states to pull both the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, you can instead use part # RM76512.
If you do not yet have a supplemental braking system, I highly recommend looking at the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR, along with the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332. This is a great, proportional system that will physically press down on the brake pedal inside your CR-V at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the RV.
In addition to the tow bar wiring and braking system, you will also need a base plate kit, tow bar, and a safety cable set. In case you do not yet have these items, I have included some recommendations below:
For base plates, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 # RM-521567-4. This base plate kit is custom-fit for your vehicle and it features a nice, hidden-bracket design for a clean look when you aren't towing. For a compatible tow bar, the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522 is an excellent option. Its self-aligning design allows for easy hookup and the telescoping arms will provide better maneuverability and easier towing. Then for safety cables, you can use # RM-643.
I have attached video demonstrations and installation instructions for the products mentioned, along with an article on flat towing that you might find helpful.
