The Fastway Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # FA42-00-2600 referenced in your question includes both a 2 inch and a 2-5/16 inch chrome-plated hitch ball. With the 2 inch hitch ball, it has an 8,000 pound towing capacity and with the 2-5/16 inch ball it has a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds.
This is a really nice, solid aluminum ball mount that can be adjusted to a maximum rise of 7 inches or a maximum drop of 6 inches. I recommend adding the Fastway Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # FA86-00-3660 to secure everything into plate and help deter theft.
