Thanks for your question, Eddie.
The short answer is yea, you can install the Pacbrake air bags with on board air compressor and 2-1/2 gallon tank, part # PB77SV. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. Since your truck is equipped with the on board scales, the air bags may affect it's readings. The air bags, even if its at the minimum 5 psi, will affect the ride of the truck.
You can mount the compressor and the tank pretty much anywhere on your truck as long as you can route the lines and have the space for it. The kit you picked is an all in one kit so it'll come with everything that you need!
