Have the Thule Aero blade roof rack 53 but the foot pack is for my old Kia Sportage. I now have a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and want to use the blades but need the foot pack for the Jeep. Do you have it?

This will depend on what roof your vehicle has.
If you have the raised rails, you can install the bars with the Evo raised rail feet, part # TH710401, to the raised rails. With that being said I can't guarantee a fit since you have the 53 inch WingBars, part # TH711400, and the recommended length for the 2018 Jeep Cherokee is only 47 inches, part # 711200. If the tracks on the bottom of your bars don't fit within the rails on the Jeep's roof then you'll need new bars.
If you have a naked roof, there isn't a fit currently available for Thule bars at all at this time. Thule does update their fits frequently, so given that we're still in the late part of the 2018 model year, they likely are still working on the fit.
