The replacement installation hardware for all of our trailer hitches, including the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11020 that you referenced, can be found on our site with part # RHK.
Once on the product page you will just need to type your hitch number "C11020" in and then select "Curt" under the manufacturer drop down menu. We will then send you all of the replacement hardware that you need.
I have attached an installation video for you to reference when you get the hardware.
Please note that when all non-trailer accessories (since you cannot/should not tow with your 2009 Smart Fortwo) must be support with a strap like the Curt # 18050 in keeping with the warranty.
