I bought a new 2017 2500 HD Diesel and it has a gooseneck Ball hitch and safety chain hooks . Can I get a 5 wheel hitch adapter fora RV

This hitch has a fully articulating torsion head for a quiet rid and controlled coupling. It has a 3 point indicator system to show when you are coupled correctly.
