If you are referring to a trailer wiring harness then no, the trailer wiring harness for a 2017 and 2018 Toyota Tacoma will be the same. For this, I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56349. This harness is a direct plug and play option that will give you a 4-way trailer connector at the rear of the vehicle without requiring you to cut or splice any wires.
