What is the Length of the Telescoping Lug Wrench # LW405

Question:
The description includes everything except how long the wrench is when expanded and when not expanded. It would be nice to know if the leverage will be adiquate

When the Telescoping Lug Wrench # LW405 is collapsed it measures about 13-1/2" as you can see in the attached picture.
Once expanded it measures 21" long.
