Is one of these kits really strong enough to secure an ATV to my trailer? I tow on rough back roads.

The 679-lb wet weight of your 2016 Yamaha Grizzly 450 ATV is well within the 1500-lb weight capacity for the Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit # EM09160. But since you tow the ATV on rough back roads to get to your campsite destination you could always use a second kit for the other axle on the ATV. The Erickson kit is reasonably priced so adding a second one is a great cost-effective way to ensure your Grizzly reaches camp without any concerns from travel on rough back roads.
Not only would this second kit provide you with a generous safety margin it would ensure that on even the bumpiest terrain your ATV remains solidly secured to your trailer deck and reaches your camp ready for the fun bumps in the road.
