Do Air Lift AirCell Custom Helper Springs Have a Load Rating

Question:

Would you still need to use your Weight Distribution Hitch if you install the Timbren SES? Would these take the place of that?

There is no load rating attached to the Air Lift AirCell Custom Helper Springs Kit AL52218. The note in the linked instructions says that they will not alter the GVWR or payload of your 2013 Ford F-150, so as long as you keep the capacity under those weight limits the kit will provide your F-150 with support from heavy loads.

In regards to your second question you would still need to use a weight distribution hitch; the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1502D help level your load but not in the same manner as a properly set up weight distribution system. The Timbrens also do not offer any type of sway control the way a weight distribution system is going to.
